Hi, I’m Selena — a Registered massage therapist and breathwork facilitator devoted to helping people feel safe, at home, and regulated in their bodies.

My work blends intuitive touch with nervous-system–informed practices to support deep release, presence, and long‑lasting relief. I specialize in somatic massage, TMJ support, and integrative breathwork sessions that invite the body to soften rather than be forced.

I believe the body holds wisdom. When we slow down, listen, and create space for sensation, the body knows how to unwind what words can’t always reach.

My Approach

Every session is client‑centered, trauma‑aware, and guided by what your body needs in the moment. Rather than a one‑size‑fits‑all treatment, I work intuitively — combining gentle structural work, myofascial release, craniosacral‑inspired touch, and somatic techniques that calm the nervous system.

Breathwork is often woven into sessions or offered as a standalone experience, supporting emotional processing, stress release, and reconnection to self.

This work is not about fixing you — it’s about supporting your body’s natural capacity to heal.

Education & Experience

My foundation in this work is rooted in both formal education and years of hands-on experience in the health and wellness field.

I am a graduate of the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy, completing my training in 2024. My education emphasized clinical massage therapy, anatomy, physiology, and client-centered care, while also supporting a holistic and nervous-system–aware approach to the body.

Before opening my own practice, I was working as a yoga and Pilates instructor, guiding clients through mindful movement, breath awareness, and body connection. I have also worked closely with children, which deepened my understanding of safety, attunement, and meeting each individual where they are.

Health, movement, and body awareness have always been central themes in my life. This diverse background allows me to approach massage therapy with a well-rounded perspective — blending structure, intuition, movement, and compassion into every session.
